I received my law degree from the University of Denver  in 2006. After law school, I  worked at a respected insurance defense firm in Denver.  After five years, I chose to help injured people instead of those who caused the injury.  In 2011, I partnered with a local attorney and together we formed Cook & Pagano, P.C.   Eager and ready to run my practice in a way that I could be proud of and represent people who needed me, I started my firm in 2017.  

 

I now exclusively represent injured folks.  My experience as a defense attorney gave me an insider's knowledge of how insurance companies react and respond.  I use that insight to represent injured people and I have a proven track record of large settlements and judgements.  

 

There are times when reaching a settlement out of court is best.  Other times, you need a lawyer who will fight for you before judge and jury. I have the experience and resources to stand by you as my client and give them the excellent representation they deserve, whether around the negotiating table or at trial.

 

When  not at the office, I stay busy with my three-year old twin daughters and two-year old son.
